Description
  • Posting Job Ads through creating and posting job advertisements on job portal & publishing them on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and attractive to potential candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, or other platforms.
  • Initial screening of resumes to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for the vacancies.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with the recommended candidates.
  • Coordinating interview times between candidates and clients, managing calendars, and sending confirmation mails.
  • Meet the assigned batches' SLAs.
  • Responding to candidate inquiries, sending updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining and updating the agency's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidate information, interview notes, and other relevant data.  
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
